Eugene Xiong – Founder and Chairman of the Board

Eugene founded Foxit Software Incorporated in 2001 and has been the company's president and CEO. Under Eugene's leadership, the company is growing rapidly, employs hundreds of employees worldwide, and has become a worldwide leader in PDF and electronic document technology and solutions. Before founding Foxit, Eugene worked at Bexcom Corporation and at China's National Astronomical Observatory, where he participated in building one of the first Internet nodes in China. Eugene earned his BS in Computer Science at the University of Science and Technology of China.


George Z. Gao – CEO of Foxit Software

George is Chief Executive Officer of Foxit Software Incorporated and also serves on its Board of Directors. He has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry in marketing and sales, in addition to software development and project management. Before joining Foxit, George worked for Nortel Networks and Lite-on Communications. He earned his degree of Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics from Nanjing University and his Ph.D of Science in Astro Technology from Chinese Academy of Sciences in China.


Phil Lee - President - End User Productivity Business Unit

Phil leads Foxit's enterprise sales team, develops and aligns sales methodology to target markets, and institutionalizes the enterprise sales process. Prior to Foxit, Phil has worked Adobe Systems, TerraGo Technologies, and Layton Graphics. Phil earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.


Carsten Heiermann – President – Enterprise Automation Business Unit

Carsten is Chief Executive Officer of Foxit Europe. Carsten joined Foxit after the company acquired LuraTech Imaging, a business he founded and grew into a leading provider of PDF and PDF/A solutions that enable document conversion and compression at scale. Carsten is a founding member of the PDF Association and serves on its board of directors. He obtained his degree in engineering from the University of Wuppertal.


Susana De Abrew - President - Developer Solutions Business Unit

Susana is President of Foxit SDK Business Unit. Susana joins Foxit after the company acquired Debenu, a PDF technology company she co-founded. Her tenure includes such clients as Amazon, American Airlines, Disney, General Motors, Google, Hewlett Packard, IBM, the US department of Defense and Energy, Samsung, Brother, Xerox, and Microsoft. She earned her degree of Pharmaceutical Science BSC at London Metropolitan University and Bachelor of Business and Marketing at Dublin Institute of Technology. She is an active Melbourne Angel investor.


Jenny Li - President - Education Business Unit

Jenny leads the product management team for Foxit, responsible to define Foxit's product strategy and to develop product requirements. Before coming to Foxit, Jenny worked for ArcSight, Nortel, and Credence. Jenny has earned her MS in computer science at UC Riverside, BS at BYU, and MBA at Santa Clara University.

Jeremy Wei

Jeremy Wei - Chief Technology Officer

Jeremy Wei is the CTO at Foxit Software. Previously he was the VP of ProphetStor Data Services and initiated several commercial and open-source projects for cloud and storage management by using AI/ML. Before joining ProphetStor, he was the Chief Strategy Officer and VP of Lanner Electronics, leading 2 new business units and growing the annual revenue of the BUs from almost zero through $250M in 3 years. Jeremy also has experience in startups and fund raising. He was granted with multiple awards, including "the product of the year”, SNIA, in 2006 and “the best storage management tools, TechTarget, in 2016.

Andrew Travis

Andrew Travis - SVP Sales - End User Productivity Business Unit

Andrew leads Foxit’s global End User Productivity Business Unit sales teams. Prior to joining Foxit, Andrew held Sales Leaderships roles at Oracle, Adobe and Business Objects. Andrew has more than 20 years of Enterprise software’s sales experience, helping clients around the world across many industries.

Rick Brown

Rick Brown - SVP Product Management - End User Productivity Business Unit

Rick leads product management for Foxit's PhantomPDF BU and is responsible for defining product strategy, understanding customer requirements, and building go to market strategies with sales and marketing. Rick brings 20 years of product management experience to Foxit, including prior product management leadership roles at Adobe, Nuance, and Tivo. Rick earned his BA at UC Davis.


Rowan Hanna - SVP - Developer Solutions Business Unit

Rowan is Senior Vice President of Foxit SDK Business Unit. Rowan joins Foxit after the company acquired Debenu, an industry-leading PDF technology company founded with Foxit CIO Karl De Abrew and President of Foxit SDK, Susana De Abrew. Rowan has been working in the PDF software industry for 17 years with broad experience derived from sales, product development and management. He is studying his degree of Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) (permanent LOA) at RMIT University. He is an active Melbourne Angel investor.

Jim Conley

Jim Conley - VP of Finance and Operations of Foxit Software Inc.

Jim is the Vice President of Finance and Operations for Foxit Software Inc. Before joining Foxit Software Inc, Jim was the CFO at Northland Controls and previously held finance roles at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and Kana Software. Jim holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Marc Monneuse

Marc Monneuse - Managing Director of Foxit Europe

Marc is Managing Director of Foxit Europe. Marc joined Foxit after the company acquired LuraTech Imaging where he served as CFO. Prior to that Marc worked in various roles in finance and business administration within leading multinational companies like Claudius Peters Technologies and Milacron.

Frank Kettenstock

Frank Kettenstock - Chief Marketing Officer of Foxit Software Inc.

Frank leads the marketing efforts for Foxit Software Inc, responsible for product marketing, corporate marketing, and public relations. In addition to working at Foxit, Frank has worked for Protonet, MonoSphere, Concord Communications, and Telcordia Technologies. Frank earned his Electrical Engineering degree from Brown University and a MBA from Boston University.
