PC Magazine recently launched a campaign to let their readers vote for the best free software and announced the results through the front page of Yahoo site on Feb 8th, 2008. Among 157 software tools, users can get almost any application they need, from antivirus to finance, for absolutely nothing.
In File View/Conversion Tools, Foxit Reader won most of the votes from readers of the computer magazine and became a winner. "Perhaps the fastest PDF reader around, Foxit includes a free annotation tool. Add-ons enable support for new file formats and UI languages." commented by Eric Griffith and PC Magazine staff, the author of the article.
