Foxit Cloud

Documents and Forms Anywhere with Foxit Cloud

Using PDF software to create documents gives you the ability to share content with readers on any device or computing platform as long as they have a PDF reader installed. Since PDF readers are free from the major pdf software companies, such as Foxit, reading a PDF file is almost never a problem.

However, what if your PDF software gave you even more functionality instead of just creating or reading documents that you can attach to an email or upload to a server? That is exactly what Foxit Cloud’s newest PDF solution provides for users.

What is Foxit Cloud?

Many people know that the cloud enables them to host a wide range of things on the Internet. Some are familiar with cloud based email or file storage, others use software hosted on the cloud or even network resources that are cloud based.

Foxit Cloud provides tools for securely managing and sending pdf documents, as well as PDF forms. With Foxit Cloud, there are several features that make PDF document handling much more convenient, and safe.

Securing Your Shared Documents

Secure Send is a feature that gives you the ability to securely share PDF documents, and retain full control over them. You can specify exactly who can view the document and what they can do with it. This protects the document against unauthorized viewing, copying, or forwarding. Another valuable tool is the ability to retract your document from the people that it has previously been sent to, which is great for maintaining protection and control over sensitive information.

Faster PDF Form Distribution and Processing

Forms Publisher allows you to take a fillable PDF form and convert it to an online format, which can be accessed from anywhere by anyone. The individuals filling out the form will be able to complete it from any web browser without any special software, digitally sign the document, and then submit their response back to you. You now have the ability to view and download the form responses from everyone who filled it out in a single easy to manage data file. In addition, you can also download individual copies of the completed forms.

Manage Your Own Forms Better

Fill-A-Form gives you tools for completing and submitting PDF forms, as well as tracking them. You can easily complete your form, submit it to the appropriate party via their email address, and then get a receipt confirming that it has been delivered. Furthermore, digitally signing the document is possible, even if you don’t have any PDF software available to you (just a web browser). On top of that, you will always have a completed copy of the form for your records, as well as the details (time and destination) of your submission.

I disabled the Foxit Cloud Safe Update Service because it was literally using up all the CPU resources. I went from 100 % to 20 % CPU utilization after stopping and disabling the service. It had made my laptop unusable.

I recently bought Phantom for MS 8.1. I became fed up with the system, and was constantly under attack by a hacker. So I bought an Apple to escape him. Enough background.
My license has about 9 months to run. Is there any way I can swing the remainder over to my new system?
