Starting with Foxit Reader for Pocket PC V1.1 and Foxit Reader for Smartphone V1.1, Foxit has changed its way to register mobile products by using owner name instead of hardware device ID to calculate license keys.
The new key registration is much simpler and easier for users to install and to register than the previous one. Now, Foxit mobile users do not need to take time to figure out what their hardware device IDs are, but just simply submit their owner names.
For existing Foxit mobile customers who have old license codes, they need to update them to new ones with owner name through the web page below.
