Foxit Corporation now provides Ticket Support System to expedite the processing of your questions/suggestions/bug reports/comments. Besides email/phone contact with Foxit, you can also choose using the system to post your opinions and get faster response from our sales and support staff online.

The system offers several benefits:

1. Privacy:
The issue you reported will not be viewed by other users.Especially the PDF files or screen-shots you uploaded will not be viewed by other users.They will only be viewed by Foxit staff for debugging purpose.

2. Tracking:
Each issue will be circulated and handled inside Foxit.You will get a ticket number to better track down the status of the ticket and communicate with Foxit staff.

3. Notification:
You will receive email notification when we need you to provide us with more information or when the problem is solved.
