Eugene Xiong – Founder and Chairman of the Board

Eugene founded Foxit Software Incorporated in 2001 and has been the company's president and CEO. Under Eugene's leadership, the company is growing rapidly, employs hundreds of employees worldwide, and has become a worldwide leader in PDF and electronic document technology and solutions. Before founding Foxit, Eugene worked at Bexcom Corporation and at China's National Astronomical Observatory, where he participated in building one of the first Internet nodes in China. Eugene earned his BS in Computer Science at the University of Science and Technology of China.

George Z. Gao – CEO of Foxit Software

George is Chief Executive Officer of Foxit Software Incorporated and also serves on its Board of Directors. He has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry in marketing and sales, in addition to software development and project management. Before joining Foxit, George worked for Nortel Networks and Lite-on Communications. He earned his degree of Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics from Nanjing University and his Ph.D of Science in Astro Technology from Chinese Academy of Sciences in China.

Carsten Heiermann – CEO of Foxit Europe

Carsten is Chief Executive Officer of Foxit Europe. Carsten joined Foxit after the company acquired LuraTech Imaging, a business he founded and grew into a leading provider of PDF and PDF/A solutions that enable document conversion and compression at scale. Carsten is a founding member of the PDF Association and serves on its board of directors. He obtained his degree in engineering from the University of Wuppertal.

Shinichi Mori - CEO of Foxit Japan

Shinichi has managed Foxit Japan since it was established in 2009. He is responsible for sales and marketing, and has worked in the PDF industry for over 15 years. Shinichi started working on Adobe developer programs, and then as CEO at Xelo, before joining Foxit. He has extensive experience with all sorts of customers, having worked on solutions with more than 200 public companies in Japan.

Max Jhuang - GM of Taiwan Operations

Max leads the whole company operations, including sales operations, sales engineering, and Taiwan based sales service organizations for Foxit. Before joining Foxit, Max worked at Unlais Corporation, Chinasoft Group, Carry International and Wedium Corporation. Max had his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ching Yun University in Taiwan.

Karl De Abrew – President and Connected PDF Evangelist, Foxit SDK BU

Karl is President of Foxit SDK Business Unit and Connected PDF Evangelist. Karl joins Foxit after the company acquired Debenu, an industry-leading PDF technology company that produces top-of-the-line developer toolkits, plug-ins, and desktop applications. He is also founder and former CEO of Nitro Software. With 20 plus years of experience as an innovator and entrepreneur to build several self-funded businesses into industry leaders, producing market-leading software and developer products. He earned his degree of Bachelor of Robotics and Digital Technology at Monash University. He is also a former commissioned officer in the 1st Commando Regiment and active Melbourne Angel investor.

Phil Lee - Senior VP of Sales

Phil leads Foxit's enterprise sales team, develops and aligns sales methodology to target markets, and institutionalizes the enterprise sales process. Prior to Foxit, Phil has worked Adobe Systems, TerraGo Technologies, and Layton Graphics. Phil earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Frank Kettenstock - VP of Marketing

Frank leads the marketing efforts for Foxit, responsible for product marketing, corporate marketing, and public relations. In addition to working at Foxit, Frank has worked for Protonet, MonoSphere, Concord Communications, and Telcordia Technologies. Frank earned his Electrical Engineering degree from Brown University and a MBA from Boston University.

Jenny Li - VP of Product Management

Jenny leads the product management team for Foxit, responsible to define Foxit's product strategy and to develop product requirements. Before coming to Foxit, Jenny worked for ArcSight, Nortel, and Credence. Jenny has earned her MS in computer science at UC Riverside, BS at BYU, and MBA at Santa Clara University.

Kai Jing - VP of Technical Operations

Kai leads the Foxit Core Foundation Technology development group, the SDK product development group, and the US sales engineering team. Before coming to Foxit, Kai worked for Zynga, SugarCRM, and HP. Kai has earned two MS degrees in Computer Science and Engineering Management.

Rowan Hanna - VP of Products and Solutions, Foxit SDK BU

Rowan is Vice President of Products and Solutions for Foxit SDK Business Unit. Rowan joins Foxit after the company acquired Debenu, an industry-leading PDF technology company founded with Foxit SDK President Karl De Abrew. Rowan has been working in the PDF software industry for 15 years with broad experience derived from a range of roles including customer service and sales to product development and management. He is studying his degree of Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) (permanent LOA) at RMIT University. He is an active Melbourne Angel investor.

Susana De Abrew - VP of Sales & Marketing, Foxit SDK BU

Susana is Vice President of Sales & Marketing of Foxit SDK Business Unit. Susana joins Foxit after the company acquired Debenu, an industry-leading PDF technology company founded with Foxit SDK President Karl De Abrew. Her tenure includes such clients as Amazon, American Airlines, Disney, General Motors, Google, Hewlett Packard, IBM, the US department of Defence and Energy, Penguin, Random House, Samsung, Brother, Xerox, Microsoft, and United Health Group. She earned her degree of Pharmaceutical Science BSC at London Metropolitan University and Bachelor of Business and Marketing at Dublin Institute of Technology. She is an active Melbourne Angel investor.
