    I am interesreed in producing the “right format for a resume” that is a nice combination of Functional and Chronological. I have an extensive backround as a Special Investigator (Fraud) with several different insurance companies. I have many gaps in my resume over 18 years in this field. I am trying to figure out if “Applicant Tracking Software” is the best product for my goals at obtaining an interview and employment offers. Please advise.
