The cost of the Foxit PDF Security Suite is determined by a customer’s need to protect their organization’s PDF documents. Foxit PDF Security Suite solutions are priced on the ability to RMS protect and PDF feature enable documents. It is sold using software licensing models familiar to Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server customers on either a per seat (user) or per processor basis.

Client Access License (CAL) Model
Most organizations license the Foxit PDF Security Suite using the Microsoft Client Access License(CAL) pricing model. Using this per seat model, organizations can choose the software components necessary to build a right-sized IRM solution customized for their organization.

CPU Licensing Model
In addition to the CAL model, organizations deploying Microsoft Office Sharepoint Servers in workgroups may also choose to license the Foxit PDF Secure Protector for Sharepoint on a per CPU basis.
