What's New in Foxit Reader 1.3
Most of the print options have been merged into the print dialog box in Foxit Reader 1.3. You can preview the page layout, set print range, select page handlings, and choose if print pages with annotations. The Page Handling enables you to print multiple pages per sheet.
Foxit Reader 1.3 also offers an option to ignore font substitution and print texts as Graphics. Automatic allows quick print where Printer Font is substituted.
Support Eastern Asian Language
Foxit Reader provides CJK support. When your PDF document which contains CJK characters can not be proper displayed, Foxit Reader will prompt you to download this font pack.
Rich annotation (commenting) tools

- Typewriter tool: Enable user to type in text line over any place, fill in PDF forms, and insert symbols. Meanwhile allow user to customize the text line font style, size, color, character spacing etc. Typewriter is grouped in the Commenting Tools that can be accessible from the Tool menu;
- Note tool: insert textual comments on any place, with a popup window that can be opened or closed easily;
- Text marking tools: you can highlight, strike-through, underline texts in your PDF documents;
- Graphic marking tools: you can draw lines, shapes, polygons, and any hand-drawing graphs on your PDF document, with associated textual comments.
Optimized Text Display for LCD Screen
With earlier versions of Foxit Reader, the function of Use Clear Type Font only supported Windows XP or later operation system, while version 1.3 includes the option to display text optimized for LCD screen. You will find the text display on your LCD screen is just as clear as that of CRTs.
Allow to group your PDF files for easily organization and browse. This application is included in the Foxit Reader installation. If you don't install it, you can download by download manager.

Slim-sized and start up instantly
With its full features to view and print PDF documents, Foxit Reader is as slim as around 1megabyte. You will find PDF files easy to handle and yourself a happy reader!
With Foxit Reader, you can print PDF document to paper, and using the bookmark together with the navigation bar to read through PDF documents. You can choose browse documents in a PDF mode or a pure text mode.
With Foxit Reader, you can search, select and copy any text, and then paste to any other Window applications.
Note: If you are not a Pro user, you can not copy text in a pure text mode.
Convert pages or a whole file to pure text
This feature is for licensed users. Users can use the Save as dialog box, to convert PDF file to a pure text. Moreover you can select if to convert all pages or only part of the pages.
With Foxit Reader, you can freely capture any selected page contents in image format to clipboard like texts, images, tables and a combination of them.
