Foxit PDF IFilter v1.0 is released now!

Foxit PDF IFilter is designed to help users to index a large amount of PDF documents and then quickly find text within these documents. The PDF documents can be files, email attachments or database records.

This version resolves the problem that under SPS2003 for 32-bit Windows, PDF documents cannot be indexed.

In previous version of Foxit PDF IFilter for 32-bit platform, there is an extra space between "server and Extensions" in the registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Web Server Extensions

It caused the index not working under MOSS2007 of 32bit platform. This version has fixed it.

In previous version, there is no line break between two pages. Therefore, the last line of previous page is concatenated with the first line of next page. In this version, we put a CR+LF between the adjacent two pages.

In previous version, some Japanese characters cannot be indexed properly under 64bit platform. This version has fixed it.
