Saving PDFPO Documents

If you could not finish your organization of pages at a time, you can choose to save your file before generating it to PDF file. The file will be saved with a *pdfpo* extension and all its structure, so you can easily continue your work when you open it for further editing.

To save a PDFPO file do one of the followings:

• On the Menu bar, select File > Save/ Save As. In the Save dialog box, input a name and click Save.
• On the Toolbar, select Save button. In the Save dialog box, input a name and click Save.
• Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + S to save. In the Save dialog box, input a name and click Save.
