The Annotation Insert Box

When you perform insertion of annotation, you should see the following pop-up dialog box. In this box, you can edit annotation contents, descriptions, and its position in documents. You can also specify page(s) annotation can append to and customize content font and width & height marquee.

Content

Provide a place for you to type a piece of writing as annotations.

Description

Provide a place for you to give details on what the annotation is about.

Content Font

Provide various options for you to customize the annotation fonts and colors.

Apply Range

Provide options for you to specify the pages you want to append annotations to.

Marquee

Provide a place for you to type a width (W-Size) and height (H-Size) of the marquee for the annotations. Make sure the marquee is enough big to hold the annotation content Otherwise part of the annotations will be out of view.

Position

Provide a place for you to locate an annotation in documents by giving the X- and Y- coordinates. The stating position is zero distance.
