Creating Annotations
In this section, we introduce how to create and editing annotations to the
destination documents. See the illustrations on Annotation
Details box.
Inserting Annotations
- Click Insert button on the Annotations pane.
- Enter Contents and Descriptions on the
pop-up Annotation Details box.
- Enter W-Size and H-Size to drag a marquee
for the annotation contents beneath Box.
Beware that the box size must not be small than that of the content width
and height. Otherwise part of the annotations will be out of view.
- Enter X and Y coordinates of the annotation
position in the document.
- Specify pages beneath the Apply Range.
- (Optional) Select font, font size, and/or font color for the annotations
- (Optional) Check Print if you hope this annotation can
be printed out with its document. Check Read Only this annotation
will never be printed.
- Click Ok to finish.
The inserted annotation is listed in the Annotation pane for future view. To
preview the annotation in documents, just navigating your documents.
Note: Content will be shown on the specific location of the
destination page, and descriptions will pop up when you move the pointer over
the annotation in a PDF viewer.
Removing Annotations
Do one of the following:
- Select an annotation list from the pane, click Remove button.
- Select an annotation list from the pane, choose Annotations >
Remove in the Menu bar.
Modifying Annotations
Sometimes you may not satisfy with the existing annotations, you can then reedit
it by using "modify".
Do one of the following:
- Select an annotation list you want to change, click Modify button, and then
change the contents or settings.
- Select an annotation list you want to change, choose Annotations
> Modify in the Menu bar, and then change the contents or settings.
