Overview

Foxit Software provides free updates for Foxit Reader Classmate Edition to help you to get a better user experience. You may choose to stay with the old version or upgrade to the new version. With the release of the new version, we changed the application's name to E-Reader by Foxit.

If you decide to configure and run Software Update, please read below.

The Update Process

To get the latest update, please follow these steps:

1. Click here to download the upgrade E-Reader by Foxit.
2. Click on the setup file to install the update.
3. Follow the installation wizard to complete the installation.
4. Check if your E-Reader by Foxit was updated.
   • Run the latest E-Reader by Foxit.
   • Click on the About icon on the toolbar or choose the "Help" menu > "About E-Reader by Foxit".
   • Check the version number to see if your Reader was updated.
